Each token laser cut and engraved from real wood veneered mdf and is uniquely shaped to help us recognise what we need and encourage us to make time for ourselves. Each token is finished with a natural food safe organic oil.

Each bag comes with 10 cheerful wooden tokens. Simply identify what you need by choosing a positive motto for the day: ‘Calm’, ‘Courage’, ‘Faith’, ‘Hope’, ‘Joy’, ‘Kindness’, ‘Love’, ‘Patience’, ‘Peace’, ‘Wisdom’
