At Luv-a-Duck Designs we want you to be 100% happy with your order. In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied we do our best to work with you to resolve any problems.
We cannot be held accountable for spelling mistakes as we design each item using the details provided to us, so please check carefully when placing your order. Any rework required as a result of incorrect information being supplied will be at you expense.
To arrange returns, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will advise you how to send the item back to us. All returned items must be received by us in the condition received, with original packaging.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Luv-a-Duck Designs will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after an investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note, ALL refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit and debit card payments which are processed securely through Paypal or Stripe.

Shipping outside the United Kingdom depends on the country of delivery. The best way to find out overseas delivery charges is to ‘Add to Cart’ a pair of shoes, select your country from in the checkout area and see what the shipping computer says.
Shipping service in the UK is provided by Royal Mail, MyHermes and outside the UK by Royal Mail’s International services.
We stock all items online all the time. If for some reason we are out of stock of an item, we will email or call you, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for it to come back into stock
